Emmanuel Polanco is an author, an illustrator and a parisian artist living in Sweden. He works for magazines (Time Magazine, Los Angeles Times…), theatre (Royal Shakespeare Company...) and publishing companies. He had published "Les animaux dans la neige" and "Petite Alice aux merveilles" for Gallimard Jeunesse/Giboulées. His work techniques are numeric and traditional collage, he uses paint, pencil and India ink.

Here are 31 beautiful posters illustrated by Emmanuel Polanco for the 31Bullets campaign. The project, executed by Ogilvy & Mather Chicago in collaboration with TheBridge.co, aims to raise awareness of gun control laws in the United States. Project awarded by a Silver Lion in Cannes.

Emmanuel Polanco kinked John Malkovich who hung his work - one of the 40 print poster for the 40th anniversary of the Steppenwolf Theater in Chicago - in the magnificent bathroom of the actor! John Malkovich speaks about it with his words, which you can listen to and see here.
And the icing on the cake, this poster won already 1 prize at the Competition 2016 Communication Arts ' annual Design and it is also in the running in the CLIO Awards on 2016.

Emmanuel Polanco had to come up with a concept for an illustration published in the Institutional Investor magazine. It has to represent the article: "Global Market Thought Leaders", a story about why investors should reconsider investing in emerging markets stocks despite any skittishness over volatility in those markets, especially in high-risk stocks, which are trading at historically low prices while offering high potential returns.
