Hairy is a book about hair illustrated by Silke Werzinger. It is part of an art project called 100for10 initiated by Melville Brand Design in Munich. 100for10 is a series of art books, of which each issue contains 100 black and white pages and costs only € 10.

Here is the first illustration of a very beautiful series to come of advertorials for the make-up brand Gemey and published in Cosmopolitan magazine. Illustration 2 and 3 have been created for the German magazine Musikexpress, which is a music magazine, on the theme: Pop Poll 2012. The magazine asked its readers about their favorite artists/persons/movies/events in 2012.

Illustration 4 has been created for the Berlin based PR agency Zucker on the themes Sport/Fashion/Lifestyle.

Silke Werzinger continues her collaboration with Marie Claire Magazine. For the last months, she illustrated the Me, Reader testimonies, in order from top to bottom : a reader that found love at her dentist’s office as well as a mother that saw her child and new husband fall in love together.

Silke keeps on drawing well-known people portraits for Reader's Digest magazine. For the April issue, She had to draw Pierre Eliott Trudeau, ex politician from Quebec who also was the 15th Prime Minister of Canada.

Silke continues her monthly collaboration with Marie Claire magazine, for the Moi lectrice (me, reader) section. Unfortunatly, this subject on a factory relocation in China could not be published.

Series of illustrations for a McDonald's press campaign depicting its engagement toward kids. To guarantee choice and quality, to give access to organic food, to have children love fruits and to encourage kids to try sports. Silke realized a total of 7 illustrations for this annual campaign. The rest of the series will be unveiled in the months to follow. Project realized with TBWA Paris.
