This month, Colagene celebrates the Mother’s Day in its own way by creating the Cacharel packaging; lots of flowers and colors. Under the artistic direction of Vincent Sillard of the graphic design clinic, Katrinn Pelletier illustrated the famous Liberty pattern in her own way. The graphic design and the artistic direction for the packaging of the 2011 campaing of Cacharel for Mother's Day (L'Oreal luxe France), for their series of feminine fragrances, were provided by Colagene, graphic design clinic. The illustrator from Quebec, Katrinn Pelletier, created the illustration and interior pattern parts, as well as all the color variations. For Mother's Day, Cacharel choses to express the fresh, romantic and feminine spirit of their fragrances with the purity and the romanticism of delicate flowers.

Anne had the challenge of illustrating about the new astrological sign that messing everything up: The Serpentarius, for the article Help, j'ai changé de signe astro! (Help, my astrological sign has changed!) in Be magazine.

Bomboland had to create 3 paper-cut illustrations for 3 stories, with each one being a simple tale involving a spiritual lesson learn, for the Worlwide Challenge Magazine.

"Yes I do!" : Jérôme Mireault realized a colourful serie of illustration to accompany an article that draw the picture of weddings in Quebec in 2011 for Elle Québec magazine.

Nazario created a series of collage illustrations about the subject of car and home insurance for the magazine I comme Info for the Crédit Lyonnais bank customers.

Monthly work of Mydeadpony for the magazine Votre Beauté, for 2 really distincts articles. Firstly, for the article Sur le divan (on the couch) where the illustrator has to "dress" pictures of wonderful women almost naked. Then, one illustration for the health topic for the article Nos émotions jouent-elles sur notre santé ? (Are our emotions affect our health?)

Illustration for the annual publication of Merit Contractors, Open Mind illustrating the article: Rectifying an Imbalance, about how unions force their member to pay dues that go towards political purposes and a suggestion that government has to do something about it.

Adam created a conceptual illustration for the cover page of the Capital Business magazine to go with stories about where the Washington D.C. business community fits into international business.

Geraldine Georges collaborated for the Ventilate Japan project, a charity poster series donating 100% of all profits to the Red Cross for those who suffer from the Japan tragedy.

Series of illustrations for Le journal du Conseil national de l'Ordre des pharmaciens. The topic was about the the pharmacists safety (agressions of the pharmacists, in the pharmacy or somewhere else, and reports to the authorities).

For those who didn't have the chance to see the exhibition of Julien Pacaud in Paris last month, here is a sneak peak of his personal works that were exhibited: The Tulip, Tutorials and Magical Geographic.

Marie-Eve Tremblay realised the illustrations of the Tv opening, the transitions and the end credits of  TV show Le Mariage des Meubles which look was renewed by La Cavalerie agency.

Congrats to Karen Klassen, Julien Pacaud and Edward McGowan, winners of the Canadian contest Applied Arts Illustration Awards. Their illustrations are featured in the new special edition currently on newstands.
