New Colagene's website

It’s official, Colagene’s new website is now online: He has been rethought for more refined and functional user experience. With a new responsive web design, all versions of the website on mobile devices (smartphones and digital tablets) are better adapted for an optimal experience.

The research tool to help find a type of artist (illustrator, storyboarder, motion designer) and type of projects (keywords, techniques, subjects) is now put forward and improved to allow the customer to find the desired artist efficiently. It is also possible to filter artists’ individual portfolios according their main type of clientele or their specialisation (editorial, advertising etc.).

A Pinterest’s campaign, by RXM Creative agency, created for the sunglasses brand Sunglass Hut. After Mydeadpony, Mamzelle Poppy gives her elegant and refreshing touch for the campaign Sketches of style.

Facebook Citroën / Switzerland

Havas Worldwide Geneva agency requested Benoit Tardif to create a series of 9 illustrations for the Facebook page of Citroën Switzerland. The aim of the campaign was to promote 6 models of car through a joke or a riddle.

Every month, Silke Werzinger is creating an illustration for SunglasseHut #SketchesOfStyle campaign. Each month she gives her magic touch to a new style. For October’s round, Silke has to bring the Cat Eye Shape into a mysterious mood perfect for Halloween.

Parcs Canada- Week-end at Peel bassin event / Montreal

 To put emphasize on the historic place that is the Peel bassin, Parks Canada called the Graphic Design Clinic and the illustrator Edward McGowan to create a promotional visual for the Weekend at the Peel bassin event that took place on September. For this project, posters, banners, advertisements and newspapers were declined.

La Licorne Theater / Montreal

September also means the fall arts season! Here are the illustrations created by Benoit Tardif for the 2014-15 season of La Licorne Theater. Benoit's work has been adapted on different promotional media: printed brochures, advertising displays, the theater's website and social media, video etc. The illustrator was given a lot of freedom for this project. He illustrated “in an absurd humor style", as he describes it, the season’s theme including links to Quebec's identity and references (winter, bonfire etc.) Art director and executive director of La Licorne Theater, Denis Bernard quotes: "Benoit's work and style match exactly our theater's spirit and the atmosphere that we want to communicate through this season's brochure."

Mydeadpony was almost free to create this 2014 fall season's new graphic visual of  6PAR4, a concert hall located in Laval, France. Each trimester has its first cover, its artist and its illustrator. For this season program, Mydeadpony illustrates Christine and The Queens.

Marie-Eve Tremblay illustrated the promotional visual of the fundraiser evening Parlez-moi d’amour (tell me about love) organized by the charity Jovia. The organization’s mission is to improve hospitalized patients’ quality of live through performances given by therapeutic clowns who interact with people by combining complicity, playfulness and imagination. The illustration was used on Jovia’s facebook page, its web site, promotional displays and the evening’s program.

Bell company / Bell let's talk / Montreal

Sonia Roy was chosen to create a collage series of several Canadian towns and areas, ridden by Canadian cyclist Clara Hughes during her big ride across the country, started on March 2014. Sonia’s collages have been put together to create a long visual frieze for the campaign website « Clara’s big ride » so that visitors can follow in images Clara’s location in real time.

For their online campaign on Facebook and Pinterest, Mydeadpony has to represent different sunglasses frame shapes in an elegant and conceptual way. Arion, Baroque Orchestra / Montreal

The new musical season 2013-2014  of Arion, baroque orchestra concerts has been launched under the theme of Italia. This year, it's Veronique Joffre that has been chosen to create in a paper cut style one generic illustration to announce the season entitled All' Italiana  as well as 5 other illustrations, each respectively inspired by 5 upcoming concerts named:  Venezia, mi amore, Venise Tempest, Love duets, The World of Mozart and Bow follies and Battalias.

Aaron McConomy / The New Yorker Magazine / Siemens Advertising / New York

Aaron McConomy created 5 illustrations representing stories of innovation in four U.S. cities and the Intellistructure, multiple elements and touchpoints – technology, transportation, energy efficiency, etc – working together to create today’s smartest cityscapes. The illustrations were used for a centre-spread ad in the New Yorker Magazine and Siemens' social channels.

Edward McGowan created icons and an infographic for an online program and advertising about diabetes.

CAA-Quebec / Montreal

In the context of the "antistress" campaign created by the ad agency of emergency road service and advisory services company CAA-Quebec, Karl Dupéré-Richer did an illustrated series of little elements for the interactive website On the homepage of this website, each of these little drawings goes with a small text which describes a "no-stress" benefit to be a CAA-Quebec member. So, among about fifty potential benefits, three intruders are hiding and the user will have to find them all to be able to enter a contest.

Óscar Llorens / Institut Curie / Paris

Oscar Llorens was chosen to create an illustration for the main poster, as well as other printed and web supports, for the event called "Une jonquille pour Curie" (a dafrodil for Curie). This great national event of mobilization of solidarity against cancer, organized under the initiative of the Institute Curie at Place du Palais Royal in Paris, took place on March 19th to 24th, on the theme : together, take a head start on cancer!

Aaron McConomy / New Brunswick Tourism / Montreal

A little taste of holidays now with a web promotion for New Brunswick destination in Canada. Aaron McConomy was chosen to illustrate a serie of elements (landscapes, characters etc..) in order to create 3 mini animations for a contest on New Brunswick Tourism Facebook page. Advertising banners on web media from Quebec were also created.

Baillat Cardell & fils collaborated with Digitas France (VivaKi/Publicis groupe) to insure the artistic direction of the digital experiment "Plug into the positive energy" by Cathy & David Guetta  (along with So Me's graphic universe) for the brand new Renault Twizy.

For the Geneva Motor Show, Renault celebrates the official launch and the world promotion of the Renault Twizy and announces an exclusive partnership with French artist David Guetta, famous DJ, elected world's N°1 DJ in en 2012 by Top 100 DJs - DJ Mag Magazine, international producer and recipient of 2 Grammy Awards, and Cathy Guetta, artistic director and organizer of the most sought after parties in the world.

First step of this partnership is this never seen before online digital 3D sound experiment :

For their new website and social media sites, Sociality Squared asked Mydeadpony to create the background visual. The mandate was to make the illustration unveiled, little by little, as you scroll down on the page.

It's not holidays yet but Nolitours’contest on its Facebook page makes us think about it.. For this Facebook application project, Nazario Graziano was asked to create in a modern collage style 6 different vacationers profiles in a south destination environment : discover the adventure lady, the marathon tanner, the red lobster, the miss “I wanna do it all” and others. 

Massey Tower Condos / Toronto

3 illustrators at the clinic were mandated to illustrate different music theme inspirations for the Massey Tower condos project campaign. This illustration of Geraldine Georges based on Alternative Music, is used for the launch of the campaign and published, among others, on the website and printed ads. The other illustrations will be revealed next month.

Oscar continues his collaboration for the campaign: Discover Switzerland's other nature for TGV Lyria, and illustrates the last web advertising. Colagene graphic design clinic handled the web banners' animation.

Nicole Jarecz / FIAT Fashion issue Application / USA

Nicole was featured in Fashion issue of the automobile’s Apple® iPad application, for FIAT. She also had to fill a Q&A related to her fashion illustrations and her lifestyle in Paris. The project was realized by Union AdWorks agency.

Ëlodie / Target Style / USA

Ëlodie was the illustrator of December for Target stores. She had to create illustrations that was used for the profile picture and background of Twitter, Facebook and Instagram for Target Style, and for the online magazine, On the Dot. The project was realized by AKQA agency.

Takeshi / Fruit & Passion 2012 Christmas campaign / Montreal

It smells like winter holidays in North-America : In collaboration with Orange Tango agency, Takeshi realized a surrealistic boreal forest for 2011 holidays and Boreal Fir new fragrance campaign for Fruits & Passion shops.

The visual is now displayed in Canada and the United States on the exterior side of  Fruits & Passion shops' windows and inside-shop banners. It's also in the promotional catalog  and on Fruits & Passion website.
